This social media content project was developed for a financial services client offering payment solutions for small businesses. The goal was to create fresh, practical, and visually engaging Facebook and Instagram content that showed how the product fits into real business moments.
The content plan focused on helping potential customers see themselves using the product. Posts highlighted seasonal business needs, small business ownership, product education, new releases, holidays, everyday payment scenarios, and key market differentiators.
Across the campaign, I created approximately 100 organic social posts for Facebook and Instagram, including caption writing, image concepts, and final creative direction.
Strategy
Position the payment solution as simple, flexible, and useful for small business owners across different industries and seasonal moments.
Rather than relying only on product feature messaging, the content was built around real-world use cases. The goal was to connect the product to the daily needs of business owners, whether they were running a retail shop, managing seasonal demand, accepting mobile payments, or launching a new business.
